Vista Site Eye Care

Not the Dr and some people but , I can tell this is the only place they are not happy seeing their customers. Especially, if you are a certain color... They can't hide it. Some do not like people of color and prefer their own " la familia". One of the lady at the front desk clearly dislike black people. My first time their to fill the sheet and add my name , it was like she was yelling at me . Repeating herself, I stayed quiet. I know ( She is the oldest there , and she speaks clear English, but the mindset still in 1965) . I think with this kind of behavior,We will need in America places specialy for ... To stop the hate, revenge and you know you can be welcome. Some places with sign like black friendly, Caucasian welcome ... They problem is that they even forget what they did , but you will remember that all the time as a customer. Nastiness, rudeness, defensive agressive to someone who didn't threaten you or harm you. I am avoiding this place since then...

This store is nothing but a bunch of crooks. I got my glasses from this store on Jan 6, 2025 and was told that I had a 1 year warranty. I was told that if anything happened to my glasses within a year all I had to do was take them back to the store and they would take care of it. Unfortunately my glasses got scratched to a point that I couldn't see well with them. I took the glasses to this store 9 months after I first purchased them and the lady at the front desk told me that there was nothing they could do about it. She said that that I needed new lenses and had to pay about 800 plus dollars to get them rebuilt. I mentioned the warranty and she said it wouldn't cover that. I told her I was going to leave and she told me "come back when you make up your mind". So, I was pissed. I went home and started doing research online, and found a company where I could just send my frames and and get the lenses rebuilt. Luckyly I had asked for a copy of my prescription when I first went to Vista site. All I had to do was upload the prescription to the online store and mail my frames. I got way better quality lenses and guaranteed 1 year warranty for less than half of what lady mentioned I had to pay at Vista site to get my lenses rebuilt. SHAME ON YOU VISTA SITE! Now you lost a patient and a customer.

Amazing Customer Service! The eye exams are thorough and Goya and Dr. Diana are always a pleasure. Both advocated for me when I was having an issue obtaining an appointment with a specialist and made sure I did not leave without that appointment, which cemented my love for this place. It's difficult to find healthcare providers and workers who truly want to help and go the extra mile for their patients. I felt truly cared for and not like another insurance check. 1000000000/10 would recommend!

I went to this place because I found it cheaper compared to other places offering contacts lens exams. DO NOT COME HERE. The initial exam was okay but they didn't have my contacts in stock. They said they'd order it and call me when they got it. I never received a phone call till I called them back three weeks later only to learn they never ordered it. They said they'd order it after I called after not receiving any updates only to learn the contacts still haven't been ordered. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. It took me almost three months to get my contacts lens prescription when it should have been a week max. Avoid this place

I had an emergency, where my glasses were stolen. I was in crisis, as a Therapist who services the community, my sight is imperative. I came in and the entire team was absolutely supportive and empathetic. Evelyn, Jake, Lucy and the rest of the team, ensured that I was taken cared of. Their professionalism and dedication to helping clients was very positive. I even witnessed how Lucy empowered another client to feel great about wearing glasses for the first time. I was seen right away by the doctor in order to resolve my crisis. I was given options I was able to walk away with very much needed contacts. This team is one of the best and their role in our community is very much proven to be of importance. I will continue coming here for my visual needs. Thank you guys!!

The entire team, especially Evelyn, are so sweet and caring towards customers. I've come to this location multiple times and always have a great experience.

Had an amazing and fast help with my glasses. Evelyn was great and easy to talk to especially if you speak Spanish. Have been coming here since middle school.

I had visited the office about two weeks ago to get my child eye examined and I must say this place was awesome from the front to the doctor. All were so professional and loving, made myself and my daughter visit very pleasing. My daughter is a special needs child and they took the time and patience to work with my child from the eye exam in the cubical all the way to the doctors room. The pediatrician doctor who assisted us was sweet and well educated. I do recommend this place to whoever needs eye care
