The entire process from the start of my appointment until the end was smooth and stress-free. The wait time was very minimal everyone there was very nice. Vashti was especially accommodating, she took extra time to explain the difference between lenses and to make sure the frames that I had would work with what I needed to get. She even made my payment process easy and stress-free. Overall five out of five star experience. I would definitely recommend getting your eye care done here. (Also very clean)

My experience was nothing but amazing.
The lady there name Vashti was also amazing. She was helping me with everything I needed. She has the best attitude, sweetest personality, the most patient person and also the most welcoming spirit you can ever have in Vistasite Eyecare. Being that it was my first time there, she made my experience very calm and not overwhelming. She welcomed me with a BIG BEAUTIFUL SMILE and opened arms. I really appreciate her expertise and her judgment free zone. Her explanation skills were definitely elite and I really appreciate her time today. Visited this office in December with full eye exam and glasses coverage. Was told by Jaime that I did not have full coverage and told me that they only have glasses that cost over 150$ - which is not true - made me believe that I had to buy 300$ so that I only had to pay $150 out of pocket. They absolutely have glasses that cost 150 or less they just don't wanna show them to you because then they make no money. The sales staff are rude and got upset when you do not purchase the glasses the dr prescribed - because they do not make a commission. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

Extremely rude staff, went to ask a simple question and was told to sit down as if my question didn't matter did not even get to ask. That lady then decided to help someone else and did not even realize my ENTIRE family was waiting after being seen by the doctor. My 12 year old brother was faced with the choice to pick new glasses and was struggling. The lady decided to end up throwing frames onto the table and repeated "I guess he doesn't want anything". As if this wasn't an entire child. Impatient with my mother as well trying to rush her into picking a frame. Still an entire hour before they closed. I've never experienced this here wit the other staff and was extremely appalled. Treating a child with such disrespect should be shameful

I went in to the location on Bartow looking for some top of the line sport sunglasses, and I had a gentleman named Jamie help me. He took the time to show me all the options the store had, and being someone who plays baseball himself, he gave me specific recommendations that he knew would fit what I was looking for. Once I found 2 pairs that I liked, he showed me that I could also customize the glasses to match my team colors and any other preferences I had. I purchased 2 pairs of Oakley's and I couldn't be happier all thanks to Jamie's great customer service! Would def go back to get more glasses!
