From the moment I walked in I was taken care of quickly professionally. I saw the doctor quickly.I got a pair of Ray Ban glasses with Transition lenses,bi-focal & anti glare $750. I was told to pick them up in 7-10 days.I got called back in 7 days to pick them up.I got my receipt & my glasses in a nice hard durable Ray Ban case.I had no problems,I love these glasses ! I highly recommend this place ! ! If you do have a problem ask,they were very happy to accommodate me with anything I needed ! !

I really try to give this place a chance but it will be my last time going there. Note that they have another location a couple blocks away, which is where I went. I went to do an eye exam and had already pick out the glasses I wanted. They ask for my current glasses and when it was returned to me the left side was blurry and had 2 long scratch. I've had my current glasses for a while and it was the only pair I had. Immediately I notify the staff that whatever they did to my glasses, I couldn't see on the left side and it was giving me a headache. I was already frustrated trying to see through the blurry. They just told me that it was clean with water and soap. When I saw the doctor, he wasn't much help either. I was upset that they didn't accommodate with me nor try to fix the problem. They just try to pin it to the fact that it was scratch and it's old but I was seeing fine when I entered the store. I walked out disappointed with the way they handled the situation and not accommodating to ruining my current glasses. They also hesitate when asking for my prescription because I plan to purchase elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend coming to either location. Their prices are ridiculous.

Do not I repeat do not go here. I took my son there for glasses, they told me that I had to buy glasses that were 300 dollars. I did not want them cause last time I spent that much they didn't last. So I wanted the regular ones that come through the insurance. They charge the insurance for the eye exam but not the glasses. When I called them to see why they didn't they said that the insurance didn't send the glasses. I told them what my insurance said and they hung up on me 5 times and blocked my number. This place is a sham, unprofessional, will not go back and will not recommended going here.

Horrible Experience!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND -- Find another optical shop. The customer service is not good. Too many complaints for wrong prescription. It is not only me, who spend a lot of money for my glasses and they gave me the wrong prescription. I've been there three times already & the doctors don't do their job correctly. Specially one doctor who was unprofessional by arriving late & bringing three of his friends and making everyone wait because his priority was his friends. He had his friends skip everyone else who was there early, & until his friends were taken care of first, that is extremely unprofessional. The doctors are also not very careful they don't wear gloves especially under this pandemic, so no hygiene. I would suggest anyone who wishes to check their eyes or need to buy glasses to just find another optical shop where they do their job right, & an optical shop that takes responsibility for their mistake. All I want is for this shop to take responsibility for giving the wrong prescription, I really need my glasses to see. I can't be dealing with them not wanting to be held liable for their own mistake, it is not my fault. My only fault is to have come here thinking I would receive good treatment. So please do yourself a favor and don't come here!!
