Everyone is super friendly and very informative . Doc was extremely helpful in prescribing my new glasses . The ladies helped in selecting the frames . We will definitely recommend them !

The prior examination with a provider last year with a different insurance was fine. I told the person over the phone that my insurance had changed and wanted to update her, but she stated that, verbatim here -- providing information would be a violation of HIPAA. That isn't true. Sharing medical information without the patient's consent is a violation. I went to the store as I was assured that they would take my insurance. They didn't accept my insurance, which is why I wanted to verify over the phone and ask first before wasting my time there. When I told the manager and front desk that it is perfectly fine for a patient or potential client to disclose their insurance to verify, they then changed their tune that it was the "store policy." You can absolutely ask to verify over the phone. That's the job of the receptionist. An out-of-pocket examination is $175, by the way. They were still pushing me to purchase an examination and then stating that the insurance company would be able to reimburse. Also, having a receptionist argue or bicker with a doctor in front of a potential client or patient seems unprofessional. Costco is way cheaper and only charges $80 out of pocket. Will be going there from now on.

Extremely horrible customer service, will keep you on hold over 10mins, within the same time, I walked by and saw no patience being attended to.. just very lazy employees

I picked up both eyeglasses and sunglasses and everything fit perfectly . They handled my insurance and the overall service was awesome.

Went to this store in the morning to change the lenses of my 2 glasses. I went along with it (which is my fault) but called them back like 2 hours later saying i dont want to go along with it and asked for refund. Which I explain I might as well buy new glasses with them since they charge me $800 dollars ($400 on each glasses) on my card also they said its gonna take a week to finish. The guy (manager) said they cant do it since they ordered the lenses!!! Its freaking 2 hours interval only!!! Like this is a scam!!! Never going back and im spreading the word about this store!!! Also im attaching my receipt for proof!!!
