I had an amazing experience at Kelly Vision! Dr. Kelly is absolutely fantastic -- truly knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I now have 20/15 vision after my LASIK surgery back in June and I couldn't be happier with my results. Everyone in the office is wonderful, starting with the front desk staff -- they are always welcoming and kind. Richard is fantastic and so nice at both the Garden City and Manhattan offices, which really makes a difference. Javier is an amazing Doctor he is attentive, helpful, and professional always so kind. The entire team is so sweet and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend Kelly Vision to anyone considering vision care or procedures. I'm beyond happy with my experience and results!

Consultation - went great and felt thorough. I was worried that this was a money grab, as I have heard of this in the past, but I can assure you it was not. These surgeons have to do this procedure a million times a day so they genuinely want to make sure there won't be any issues, and they do multiple layers of testing as needed. Financing options were also solid. Day of Surgery - the staff was awesome and they do their best to make you feel ready for surgery. The doctor working with the surgeon also double checks for potential abnormalities and makes sure that all questions are answered. The actual surgery - The surgery was quick. I have 20/15 vision and the recovery is not bad at all. It's actually an amazing feeling being able to see without contacts or glasses. The reason why this gets 3/5 stars is simply because Dr. Jackson's (the surgeons) bedside manner was terrible, at best. I do my best not to leave negative public reviews about doctors because they are humans with difficult jobs, but I experienced an unexpected difficulty with my eyes during the procedure and he handled it very poorly. His tone and communication throughout made for an insanely uncomfortable procedure and it left me a bit concerned about the quality of care up until the post operative appointment, and I'm a bit annoyed that I paid that much money to be treated like that. That said, if you are at all worried about your eyes and you anticipate having difficulties with the procedure, just make sure you steer clear of Dr. Jackson.

Staff was amazingly kind and accommodating. The surgery, I did PRK, was probably not even 10 minutes total. This has changed my life, and the price was definitely worth it. My insurance gave me a discount so I ended up paying less than what I expected! My vision was around -12 in both eyes and i had astigmatism and a lazy eye. If you're someone with really poor vision like I was that cannot read anything unless its 4 inches in front of your face then this is the place to go!

All of my friends know I don't play with my eyes -- a crumb gets in it and I'm losing my mind. So when I say I was scared to death about LASIK, I mean it! I had my procedure done at the Williamsburg location, and I have serious anxiety about anything near my eyes -- this was a huge deal for me. I almost talked myself out of it more than once! But the surgeon was amazing -- calm, patient, and talked me through every single step. It honestly felt like he had the patience of a saint. I was shifting and shaking like a leaf. I just knew he wanted to say "sit yo butt still" The whole thing only took about 20 minutes, even though it felt like an eternity to my anxious brain. The entire staff was incredible -- so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. As someone who's worked as an administrator in clinics myself, I can honestly say I wish I had a team like theirs! If you're like me and need to mentally prepare (or maybe take a Prozac or two just to chill ), do it -- but seriously, it's worth it. By the time it was over, I couldn't believe how quick and smooth it went. Highly recommend this place -- especially if you're a nervous wreck like me! I can see clearly now, the rain is goneee I'm sending my entire gang of blind, glasses-and-contact-wearing friends there to be part of the new seeing crew!

I had my laser eye correction on Thursday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly kind and attentive, answering all of my questions and addressing every concern I had. The procedure itself was unbelievably fast and completely painless--I barely had time to blink before it was over! Afterward, I received a care package with eye drops, protective glasses, and clear instructions on recovery. The healing process was surprisingly quick--by the next morning, I woke up and could see everything perfectly. I was beyond happy! A huge thank you to this clinic for their professionalism and care. This was truly the best decision of my life!

As a former glasses wearer for 20+ years., I am so happy I finally had this procedure after many years of contemplation. Everyone at this location was amazing,. A special thanks to Klelya. The procedure was quick with some mild pressure and discomfort. Dr. Jackson explained every step of the procedure as he was doing it. My eyes were tearing alot after but I followed my post-op instructions and took my 3-4 hours nap and used my eye drops. I'm currently 4 days post-op, had my follow- up the day after with 20/15 vision now. I was back to work and driving the next day. I highly recommend Lasik Vision Institute.

I just had it done 1day ago and my eyes are fantastic! I can see without my glasses again after 20 yrs !! Shadina M. is very professional and friendly that helped me in my consultations and Dr Salonia is very helpful and professional and excellent in explaining the mano process for near sighted and I did it !
