I'm just a few days into this but so far I'm amazed. I got so fed up skiing, playing tennis, hiking, and rafting with glasses that I made the choice for LASIK. I'm 60 years old and now have 20/20 vision. I can interact with my phone ok but use reading glasses for extended periods of close up reading. The procedure itself is not painful but is a little uncomfortable as you are having work done on your eyes!!! I would definitely recommend this company. I was treated at the Court St, Brooklyn Heights office. They were really nice, skilled people. Thanks again. Also, don't forget to redo your DMV eye test!

I can not speak highly enough about the good people over at LasikPlus. I decided to get Laser Eye Surgery at the beginning of this year after spending 27 years wearing glasses, contacts and squinting through life. I consulted w/ over 4 clinics and spoke with over 10 clinical teams, doctors, ophthalmologists within the NY/NJ area. On my first visit to LasikPlus I couldn't help but notice the modernity and ease of all the front desk workers and representatives. It just felt easy. I was given 3 eye exams and spoke virtually with Dr. Slevonia who spent an hour talking me through my prescription (-4.75 LE/-5.50 RE) and my astigmatism. Afterwards, I was given an exam date w/ Dr. Aleksanrovich. The process was so smooth it was shocking. During the surgery I felt like I really mattered and the whole thing flew by! I am not 5 days post-op and am able to write this message with no discomfort, pain or strain (although Day 3-4 almost disrupted my spirit), all in all im looking forward to the next few months of healing and having my vision stabilize. The entire process was quicker and smoother than I expected. What really impressed me was the follow-up care. The team stayed in touch, checked in after the surgery, and made sure I was healing well. I got PRK done a month ago and it was truly the best decision I could have made. This facility is staffed with amazing people who make you feel extremely comfortable, and who are genuinely happy to see you gain better vision, and the process itself was painless and quick. The recovery from PRK was not the easiest - I took a week off of my obligations and coming back to work over the next month was a bit difficult at times, especially if you work with screens, but follow the instructions of dropping your eyes to the letter over your recovery, and you'll have a much easier time. The worst of it only lasted a few days for me. I had an extremely high prescription (a -10!) with astigmatism and was terrified of laser eye surgery, and now I have 20/20 vision, which is something I never ever imagined I would have in my lifetime. Thank you, everyone! I highly recommend LASIKPlus if you're considering getting laser eye surgery!

I recently had my LASIK procedure done and I'm very happy with the entire experience. The staff are all very welcoming and knowledgeable. Every step of the process was clearly explained. The results have been life-changing. My vision is now better than 20/20. I highly recommend LasikPlus for anyone that is considering getting Lasik done.

The place has no heat. Is extremely cold inside. Was dilated was told I was going to wait 2 hours. I have been waiting for 4 hours and still haven't been called. The staff only chat with each other in the waiting room and services and patient care is poor. I paid over 5k surgery for surgery and the service is poor and the staff seems not to care much, Poor customer service and place has no heat and is extremely cold to be having to wait for 4 almost 5 hours. I dont recommend it. After 5 hours of waiting the staff decided to put a small heater. Unbelievable.
