Huge thanks to Danielle and Deedee for spending over 2 hours helping me select two beautiful new frames. Note: you need to come here ready to participate in the process! The entire staff and process at Atelier Mira focuses on a unique-to-you dialogue that helps iterate and refine your options until you reach the ideal pair for your unique needs. For me, this was the perfect approach, as I went in thinking I needed one type of frame and came out with something much better.

I love this place. Elite selection of frames and excellent customer service in a great space. Drop in if you're looking to upgrade your eyewear (or if you're already an eyewear expert).

I went to every glasses store in NYC for the perfect pair of luxury frames. I could not find anything unique enough until I came to Atelier Mira. I had an amazing experience with Didi customizing an incredible pair of opticians that turn to sunglasses, picking everything from the lens shape, tint, transition color, and hardware - a true VIP concierge service. When I picked up the frames I got to meet and chat with the owner, a super cool French woman who has been in the optical business for years. I also shopped their accessories, unique luxury brands from around the world that had not been there before. I left with a unique glasses holder for my bedside table that was made in Japan. I would highly recommend making an appointment or dropping by if are looking for a truly special experience.

Atelier Mira is the best. Wray is amazing. I've never had a better experience buying anything. She is like an artist whose medium is selling glasses as a form of artistic self expression. It's a shame I can only give 5 starts because she deserves at least 50 stars.

My experience at atelier mira was incredible from start to finish. I felt so taken care of during my consultation as the costumer service was amazing. The staff was very well educated and patient which I really appreciate. There was a wide selection of luxurious different frames and styles where I was finally able to find the perfect glasses for me. It would have been impossible for me to pick out frames myself so I really appreciate the attentiveness and willingness from the staff. I received my glasses within days and the quality can't be beat. I will definitely be returning back. I finally feel confident wearing glasses again!!!

This is hands down one of my favorite places in NYC! The service is beyond incredible--so personalized, attentive, and genuinely sweet. They make you feel like family the moment you walk in. Plus, their selection of frames is unmatched--unique, stylish, and designs you won't find anywhere else. I always end up spending hours here because it's such a joy to explore. If you're looking for cool eyewear and an amazing experience, this is the place to go!

This place and embodies the worst most annoying aspects of Williamsburg possible. Hyper pretentious staff that understand nothing about customer service ( or how to make a sale on glasses for that matter- check out some YouTube videos on customer service much lol). It's sad because they actually have some nice eyewear but it's really difficult to support a place that doesn't understand general sales customer service and then slathers it with the most pretentiousness humanly possible. The staff embody the reason why people in the city always roll their eyes when you mention the neighborhood Williamsburg....
