Had a very uncomfortable experience here. I was there mostly to get a new script for contacts so I could then order them. That went great with the doctor (who is very nice and helpful) and the whole trying on process where the salesperson assisted me. When I was done trying them on, the same person pushed me to buy a year supply immediately. I had been wearing them for 3 minutes. I didn't want to try many on but I wasn't exactly certain these were best for me. When we started to talk about prices, they pushed me to buy the most expensive ones that the place sellsand wouldn't give me very straight answers about other options. The doctor stepped in and suggested an option that they quickly dismissed and proceeded to try to sell me on the fancy ones. My partner then jumped in and said we would take some time to think about this, as I've only been wearing them for a few minutes at this point and wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. I admit I kinda froze up under their pressure and almost let them sell me something I wasn't even sure I wanted. Just a fair warning to anyone headed here, be prepared for pushy sales!! Being a sales person is fine, being aggressive and inflexible is not.

I've had vision problems for years and didn't really know why until I came here. They helped me get the right lenses and sort out my insurance, and now I can actually see after struggling for over 20 years! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the doctors are top-notch. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.

I had my 2nd annual eye exam and was impressed by all the testing they did. It gave me a lot of confidence in the results. I also got my glasses there, which was super convenient, and they were ready faster than I thought.

The customer service is stellar. I worked with their team on getting new lenses and it was such a pleasant experience. The staff was attentive to my needs, very kind, and polite. I knew I was making the right choice, all thanks to their guidance and valuable advice.

I really like this office. They have a great selection of fashionable frames, and the customer service is excellent. Doc is professional and pleasant, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great spot overall!
