Dr Whitaker is the epitome of a knowledgeable specialist. She is a true professional yet goes above and beyond. She didn't just tell me what to do she provided the information needed and gave me a copy of the tests abd report to give the doctor she wants us to see. That's true caring and concern for her patients. The staff were friendly and professional at all times making sure we weren't just sitting and waiting.

I find Dr. Whitaker to be a compassionate, extremely competent, friendly professional. I would recommend her to anyone who asked me for a ophthalmologist.
I find dealing with your web site and getting on it a chore. It needs to be more user friendly. It took me several attempts just to go on this site.
In addition, it is almost impossible to reach the office on the phone. When I do, and leave a message, I rarely get a call back. You need to improve communication for the patients.
Your professional staff is excellent, the ancillary features need improvement.

I chose my first eye doctor visit, extremely, carefully. I was impressed with everyone (from the receptionists, to the technician, to the physician) and everything (from the confirmation texts and calls to the technician and physician explaining things to me, patiently, to the physician's recommendations). A bit nervous, of course. However, everything was awesome, except that I got a bit lost finding the location.
