I went in to order my contacts and I started looking at glasses as well. I decided to place my order for glasses, which were buy one get one free. My contacts and one pair of glasses were properly sent to the store, but one pair were incorrectly sent to a different store. Antoinette worked tiredlessly and did everything she possibly could to redirect and get my glasses, which were the better of the 2, sent correctly to the store before I left on my trip! She was amazing! She made calls right in front of me and talked to who needed to be spoken to in order to get my glasses shipped out properly and in my hands. She really went above and beyond to correct a situation that was not her fault at all. If you go to this location, I highly recommend you deal with Antoinette!

I did meet this nice young men by the name of Dimitri Golden he actually help me with my meta AI Ray ban when I got turn down even by same Ray ban company to actually put a screw in the side frame of glasses, please people take a look for n places looking like the BJ'S optical and ask for Dimitri, great people deserve business like mine spending.
