Brighton Eye Associates

Brighton Eye is an amazing medical office. Dr. Fell and Dr Polla are both incredibly competent and knowledgeable in all things ophthalmology. Dr Fell is talanted, thorough, and kind. Dr. Polla recently performed cataract surgery on my mom. My family cannot be more thankful for the excellent and efficient work done by the doctor. Dr. Polla is kind and understanding with nervous patients which is excellent to come by. I highly recommend this team of doctors for all your future eye needs.

Andrew R.Brookner is very unprofessional and disrespectful. He needs to go back to medical school and learn patients bedside manners. I was sitting in the waiting room and heard him speaking about me to the receptionist like I was not in the room. First of all, Dr Fell is my doctor, and when I made the appointment I wasn't told its him I was going to see or else I wasn't going to waste my time going to the office because I saw him once before and was not impressed with his manner. He acted like I was begging a favor, failing to realize I coming to to office helps pays his salary and contributes to keeping the establishment opens. After hearing the way he was talking about me, there is no way I was letting this man who is filled with hatred and bitterness touched my eyes. He's a racist and should not be allowed to deal with the public. After expressing my disappointment in his behavior, the office manager David came who basically was calling me a liar, because I specifically asked when I was making the appointment if I will be seeing Dr Fell? and Was told yes "He said to me, no one will tell you that". David Grevanter, you should be ashamed of the quality of service your office provides because it's a reflection of who manage the office on a daily basis. And any good customer service person or office manager would have at least apologize, but I can say I truly experience racism today.

Best customer service ever.Everyone extra careful ,clean and organised. And regarding Dr.Filli ,how extra nice and carful with everything thing she does.I always feel it's angel who treating me not a doctor.I also saw how she takes care of all the patients and makes them feel home.. God bless them all..

Worse eye dr Millie Fella and waiting time very very long hours , she runes to me without washing or cleaning her dirty hands before touch my eyes ! She did not finished in checking with me then rushing to check the next with dirty hands . She is not professial and very cruel worst doctor I ever saw in my whole life in New York . Why so many people choose her as eye dr and she can kill our eyes !!! Now my eyes feel worse and they are worst place just look for money and $$$$ no heart !!!! Be careful !!! Save our eyes and be far away with bad worst eye dr in the whole Usa !!!god bless us patient
