the best eye clinic i have ever seen . glasses are top quality price is very affordable , the stuff were very nice to me and they made me glasses in 1 hour ! just 1 hour not like anywhere else where they ask u to wait week or more

Very unprofessional office. People were coming and being seen by the doctor who came in after me. I was told oh well they were here before and the other people waiting are waiting to go in a second time. So clearly my appointment time does not matter. One of the girls "working" at the front desk just sits there and has no concern to anyone coming up to her. Considering this street has an optical place on every block, i'd keep walking. They are extremely rude.

Im very happy with the quality of glasses and the design of it. It was made in a few days. I didn't wait for a long time. It's my second pair of eyeglasses from this place, I was impressed by the quality of 1st eyeglasses I got from here. I had them for 3 years and I decided to return back again for the second time.

The rudest personal and my worst experience ever! Doctor Stanley Bykov gave me their contact information, I called them day before to come for eyeglasses I had a prescription for, when I came in, worker told me that I can't get glasses today because there's nobody to check my insuarance (3 pm on Wednesday, not a holiday) I asked to take a look of what I can at least get, and maybe pick up one frame and leave all the information to later just stop by and get my glasses, on what he answered that he is not willing to spend his time on me trying glasses today! Not gonna recomend anyone to deal with them, disgusting and rude!

I made an appointment for 1050. I got there 1030. The man Alex ignored me for 20 minutes. At 1130 I was still waiting. I decided to leave. The receptionist was nasty and the whole place was very unprofessional. Go somewhere else!!!
