Love the staff and environment. Always a great time when I visit. The prices are good and I'm satisfied with their repairs. The workers remain honest with you which I like a lot and will make sure you thoroughly understand what you're purchasing. They're always playing good music and making sure the office is sterile/clean. I plan to visit and purchase more in the future

Lens cutter Kev gave me fake glasses as well as other customers for years pretending like they are real. Once a friend of mine had them authenticated he got upset after I sent the glasses back popped up to my home and verbally and physically assaulted me while 8 months pregnant in front of my aunt who's an attorney and my doula. Kev is not the plug it's all fake. When trying to discuss the matter he said it's one customers opinion not a fact. I said let's discuss this face to face since you've never done me wrong I can explain why the glasses are fake. He didn't want to discuss it and started stalking and harassing me AFTER I sent the glasses back with his returning customer. His returning customer admitted that he came to the shop to authenticate a paid of Gucci glasses purchased and Kev brushed it off like it was nothing and went right back to cutting lenses. He said he or anyone he knows will not be doing business there anymore since the model numbers DO not be the same as the online glasses or in the store when you walk in to LV Gucci and or Versace. At first Kev tried to blame Marc and say that it's Marc who got the glasses that are fake and he didn't know. Then after the Versace were found to be unauthentic as well he said they "fell off the truck and looked good so it is what it is and it's just one opinion and he's sold 7 LVs jus like it" If you like dupes feel free. But pay dupe prices. Charging 600+ for glasses unauthentic is crazy. And not everyone stands for it. But to attack a woman verbally and physically while pregnant because you got CAUGHT is insanity this is chess not checkers. Business is business personal is personal and now he has chosen to make things personal over bad business.

Optical office went quite well. I was a bit late but a patient was still being attended to. The doctor was very professional, the handling of the instruments to conduct my eye examination was completed following good hygiene . and all in all i was pleased . I was especially pleased with how things were explaned to my level of understanding.Thank you Bristol Care and staff. They are A plus. to. seen. All ic

The worst experience I have ever got. Very unprofessional. I left there with the intentions I will be getting my glasses in a week, only to get home and call them asking if I the order was processed being that I really needed glasses. They tell me they tried calling me (lies) because my glasses will actually be 3 weeks late??? What? You just told me a week now it's 3. I ask to cancel so I can go to someone who can help me quicker... no refunds... had I known my glasses will be coming from Italy I wouldn't have ordered from them. So disappointed. Please go somewhere else. While I was there they were busy talking to each other and they ignore you, I should have just left right away. They talk about other clients, putting people's business out there. Take your business somewhere else.

I had a 2:00 o clock appointment and I emphasized that I'm at work on Mondays and Thursdays which are the only day the doctor is there. I explained that I only have 30-45 minutes and they promised they would accommodate me and I would be seen within the half hour. I arrived for my appointment only to find out the doctor was late and they also had someone scheduled at the same time as me. I had already waited 30 mins to be seen only to find out they would see the other person before me. I left because I had to return to work but needless to say I don't recommend anyone going to this establishment.

I have been going here for years for my glasses. I have never received anything more than satisfying. I would recommend anyone to go here. Bristol has been serving our community for years.

Awesome office. Friendliest staff. Knowledgable optometrist. They really provide the best service around and have the best prices. I have struggled for years to find a good full service optical and have finally found the place.
