Brooklyn Eye Center

The place is nice. The staff is nice. You don't wait that long. Dr. freeze is very awesome. She gets you in and out. I like the Brooklyn Eye Center on Bedford Avenue.

When you go there (Bedford location), their customer service is unmatched and convenient however, their calling center lacks both, ive been trying to get a prescription faxed over to me for over two hours despite calling every 30 minutes to remind them. Initial request was made 12:08 pm and it is now 2:11 pm. I also made it known to them that i start work at 2pm... as of now, im neither at work nor have gotten my prescription.

This is the worse eye center in Brooklyn. I called them twice and they didn't send my prescription. Please be mindful of coming to this center. Make sure you get everything done by them before you leave this place!

I had a very good experience at Brooklyn Eye Center. Hanne Hansen, OD was extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything to me in details. She even squeezed me in her schedule, which I greatly appreciate. Her assistant was also very helpful. I also appreciate the thorough exams they performed. Hanne Hansen, OD has great bedside manners.

my experience was a decent one. I arrived on time for my appointment. I waited about 15-20 minutes before I was seen. the longest wait was after having my eyes dilated, after the picture, waiting for the doctor while a woman had a phone conversation on speaker. that was a bit annoying but overall the assistants & Dr. Pike was nice.

Love the staff there, and Dr. Feig is the best!!!!

Good eye doctors and my exams went smoothly. The process is efficient in that they bring you in for the first parts of the exam and send you back out to the waiting room until your main exam happens so you're not sitting around waiting for the entire exam. In the waiting room however, there is HORRIBLE music being played. It's like pop country & old pop songs that make the waiting room excruciatingly annoying. I was trying to read my book and couldn't even concentrate. The demographic it serves wouldn't seem to want to listen to country pop so why are they playing this awful music?? They should play some jazz. That is a neutral genre of music and all the elderly people would surely enjoy it more.

I Myself had a Great Experience at this Place. My Doctor is Dr. Kaur. She was Very Patient and Explained Everything in whole to me. I had a Thorough Examine by the Technician and She was Very Pleasant and explained each step that she was doing. I have No Negative words at All. Thank You Dr. Kaur. And Staff.
