I had the best experience going here as a walk-in for something stuck in my eye. I was helped immediately upon entering, and the receptionists asked right away if I was in discomfort and offered me eye drops to help with my pain while I waited to be seen. The doctor who did my eye exam was truly the nicest doctor I've encountered. He took the time to examine my eyes thoroughly, find the issue, and explain exactly what was wrong. They then had a second doctor come look as well, which made me feel like they really cared about giving me the most accurate diagnosis possible. If I could give this place 15 stars, I would.

Awesome customer service there. Wonderful Receptionist. They are Lovely human beings. Can't forget the staffs. They are so polite and kind. Last but not least. The Ophthalmologist cares and love what she does and is so patient with your eyes. Love this place!! Hope anyone reading this can have the same experience as I did.

They managed to get me an appointment very quickly. I waited a bit in the waiting room, but I didn't mind because they didn't rush the actual exam. It was a comfortable experience, Dr. Hansen explained my eye issues in depth which I've never experienced before after 12 years of wearing glasses! They answered all the questions I had.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The wait time was quick. The eye exam was good, no discomfort. The doctor was nice and friendly. Medication was sent quickly to pharmacy. I would recommend.

I called this place after closing when I had a super painful corneal abrasion and needed help ASAP. I had spoken to 3 places before I called here and everyone said it was too late (it was around 4pm) and Alexandra and Ola were so sympathetic and agreed to stay late to help me. I'm so grateful for them and for an institution that has sympathy for patients - definitely recommend coming here!

Small place the scheduled appointments for a lot of and between the Doctors, medical assistance and receptionist take their sweet time to see the patients, it's so rediculess that you arrived at 9 am and finished T 4 pm.

great customer service and receptionist! they attended me with care. overall experience 10/10. Love everyone working here.

Bringing my spouse for care after surgery,to this si called clinic,is like going to sanitation land field.the care giving to her here is the worse a patirnt can get.they dont respect the patient bill of rights,come to appointment on time.but they call her 4 hours later.this place should be close by the health department.
