The older lady is very nasty and rude! I inquired about my glasses and she proceeded to tell me how "horrible" and "bad" my vision is and I should just buy from them because other places will charge me more because I have "terrible" vision. The insults were so nasty and uncalled for. Having weak vision is not something that I can help so being torn down about it is disrespectful

Worst place ever. Totally unprofessional and extremely bad customer service. The doctor was professional/kind and helpful but I can't say the same about the ladies in that place. I didn't like the frames they had so I asked for the prescription so I can go to another place. The rude lady said that my insurance doesn't cover the exam, which it does, and proceeded to say that if I don't get the frame from them I would need to pay $60.00 for the exam. All of that information was inaccurate. I contacted my insurance provider and they were upset at such claims. They immediately contacted them and cancelled everything including the exam. Wasted 2 hours there. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Save your time.

My family, friends, and I have been going to Clear Vision Center for over a decade. Very caring and personalized service and the quality of their glasses are really high. My family unfortunately recently moved out of state and the quality of service elsewhere just wasn't the same. On my next visit to NY, I intend to go back to Clear Vision. I also like helping true neighborhood businesses and Clear Vision has been around forever. I keep referring my friends to them!

Wonderful people good service

I live in the area and my niece needed to get her glasses fixed so we stopped by the store and I was quickly assisted by one of the ladies in store who repaired the glasses on the spot for free. 2nd visit: I returned to have my eye exam performed and get new glasses. I was helped by the friendly staff who made the process very smooth. Bless up!

The ladies in here provide great customer service. I can't tell you how many times I have misplaced my glasses or sat on my own lens or even needed a tune up, they always provide top notch quality service and they always come through in a calm laid back environment.

I have been a customer of this wonderful establishment for more than 8 years, always amazed by the range of frames available under insurance, most recently I had my prescription lenses put into a pair of Bose blue tooth headphone shades, wonderful seamless replacement at a more than reasonable price. If you need eye wear this is the place to be period.
