I came here for my annual exam. The administrative staff to the ophthalmologist are very efficient and respectful. I have been coming here for years and i have never had a bad experience.

I visited Cohen's today and was disappointed with the staff's behavior. few comments made by employees came across as rude and unprofessional. One staff member asked my sister if her eyes were "still blurry from the drops" and the other made an unnecessary comment like "oh she's still sleeping." When I asked a simple question about how long it would take before we could start picking out glasses, the staff member didn't let me finish my question, clearly didn't listen, and responded with "oh I don't know, ma'am." Overall, the lack of attentiveness and professionalism made the experience uncomfortable. I expected better communication and respect from a medical clinic. i like the Dr at this location but won't be coming back thanks to the staff.

It is not my experience as my granddaughter's experience. She's 6 years old, but I love you all. Talk to people and you're all are very friendly. You're busy like that's good. You're opening your only doors so walking on so if you don't have an appointment until except people and you didn't have to wait too long.

I've been seeing Dr. Lazarev for a few years now, and I can't recommend her enough. She's not just professional, she genuinely listens and makes sure you understand your eye health. During my last visit, she figured out what was causing my dry eye and explained exactly what needed to be done. She's patient, kind, and really makes you feel comfortable. If you want an optometrist who actually cares about her patients, Dr. Lazarev is the one.
