I am here fighting with COHEN after I was given a prescription that almost caused me to fall because it's too strong. The glasses upon wearing gives me instant headache, watery eye and causes me to lose balance and almost fell. I paid more than $999 for the glasses and when I went to the store to return them due to their physician's giving me a stranger than needed prescription. Michael the guy at the counter was extremely dismissive and refused to listen to me. I was finally able to see a different provider on 2/2/26 and I was able to get another prescription and was advised that the issue is because I have a high stigmatism. Which I completely understand. Now they refuse to refund the balance and only wants to issue a store credit when they know I am only able to get new glasses every 2 years. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the fact that now I have to get a lawyer involved for a mere $1030.88 meanwhile I have been without glasses for almost a month now. I asked to get a different pair of glasses and they agreed at first then they said they would give me a store credit I said no because I must go get hard contact lenses due to issues with my retina and my stigmatism. I am now suing them because the manager Lana and the glasses guy Michael are refusing to refund the money even for me to take to another Cohen shop because their glasses option at that shop is limited. Lana claimed that they are a franchise. I will update as soon as I get an update from my lawyer and the small claims courts. I am suing for the exact amount. I want nothing more but what I spent.

First time experience was really nice. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Waiting time was reasonable, exams were done comfortably. Micheal helped on choosing a pair of frames and making sure they were the right fit. Definitely coming back and I recommend them.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at the store. Everyone was very kind and professional and most importantly very patient when it time to choose our glasses. We definitely recommend this location.

When I called to make an appointment, I was given options and explained that a 10am appointment likely wouldn't work as I had work at 11am. The man on the phone convinced me that I would have no problem getting in and out and pushed me to take an appointment at 10am. I agreed, and showed up at 9:50am as I figured I'd need to fill out paperwork. Stood outside in the cold as the store did not open until 10:08am as all the employees showed up late, the doctor even later. I got in and even though I was the first appointment of the day, another customer was taken before me. I was there for over 2 hours in total by the end of the appointment, ultimately late for work. While stayed because I desperately needed an updated contacts and glasses prescription, I will not be returning to this location given this poor experience and the customer service I received and witnessed while there.

Pleased with the service and my new glasses. They use technology that makes your checkup quick and thorough. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I just wanted to leave a stellar review for this location on church Ave. and their staff. It was my annual eye exam and I was in the market for a new pair of glasses. The optometrist gave me a new prescription but Michael is the one who spend time with me, he selected the appropriate glasses gave me feedback for the frames that was complimentary for my lifestyle. I'm very grateful that this particular locatipn is in existence; I will be returning next year for my annual review.

This is the only optical place that I go. I love the atmosphere here. The employees are beautiful. It is quiet place. Come ane experience the ambiance. Caring and safe.

The amount to testing to identify the condition of my eyes were superb, although I am still adamant about wearing glasses regularly due to the lack of comfort and stress my eyes experience when wearing them. The doctor explained the test results as well as the cycle the eyes go through when neglected in young age. He additionally scheduled a follow up to see how I was progressing with the new addition to my eyes . With time my eyes will adjust to the presence of wearing lenses.
