Bonnie is the sugar honey ice tea! The entire staff is amazing, the eye test was BEYOND accurate AND and actually fun. The doctors took the time to explain all the tests so yes, don't pass GO or collect 200 dollars! Stop here at COHENS ON PITKIN BETWEEN ROCKAWAY & THATFORD and get them eyes checked! You won't regret it!!! Ps. This was my first exam in 15 years and I was walk-in soooooo yeah thank me later ;)

The staff here is incredibly patient, warm, and welcoming. They take their time during the eye exam and explain everything step by step. The exam was a bit long, but definitely worth it. They were also very helpful in finding comfortable frames, with options for different budgets. Highly recommend!

I arrived at 2:33pm and was told the only appointment available was at 3:00. What they didn't tell me was that the staff was on break, whether anyone was ahead of me, or when they'd be returning. The place was completely empty, yet no one acknowledged me when 3:00 hit. I only found out they were on break from another staff member, not from the people I was dealing with, which is extremely unprofessional. To top it off, when I first arrived, the big woman with glasses was flat out rude. I was asking simple questions and got a passive, dismissive attitude. **If she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't be in customer service**. As someone who works in customer service myself, that kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when I wasn't being difficult or disrespectful in any way. At 3:00 PM, no one even acknowledged me. No "we'll be right with you," no "give us five minutes," nothing. I had already been waiting over 30 minutes with no other customers, and then waited an additional five minutes out of courtesy, but I hate having my time wasted. Basic communication would have prevented this entire situation. I drove a long distance specifically for an eye exam, and this experience was a complete waste of time. I won't be returning.

I was called by one of the workers to come pick up my glasses. I bought two pair one YSL the other Fendi these glasses cost me over 1000$ so I'm expecting when I pick up my glasses that I'm also going to receive the case for the same name glasses that I bought which is YSL and the other Cindy so I told the young lady please don't call me unless you have a case for the glasses that I'm paying for as well meaning I want to pick up my glasses and not an imitation case as I get to this place today to pick up my glasses the young lady hand me a free case and I said no I want the original case they're supposed to go with these glasses. I spent a lot of money on both pairs so I'm gonna need you to give me the case that belongs to the glasses. She told me they don't have it it's out of stock so I ask her. How do you sell someone a pair of expensive glasses that you don't even have a case how do I know that these glasses are even real for the amount of money that I paid this young lady her name was fabby and the other name Cassie. They were very nice and very helpful. They took their time and search for some type of namebrand case although I was not happy, I was just happy that they was trying their best to help me. My thing is to the person that's in charge of this location don't sell someone a pair of expensive glasses and you know you don't have the case to go with it that's just like saying the glasses are fake respectfully get better at what you're doing. I appreciate the two young ladies that took their time out to help me. They are your best workers there they need to be given a raise. for their extraordinary work, they didn't have to help me and they did. Thank you young ladies. Have a wonderful day.
