I had a great experience at this store. They were able to add nose pads to my boyfriend's sunglasses in no time, which made a huge difference in comfort and fit. The staff was friendly and professional, and they took the time to make sure everything was done right. The service was quick and very well done. I truly appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail, and I will definitely be recommending this store to my family and friends. Thank you so much !!

I've been wearing prescription glasses for decades and have gone to very high and opticians and my experience with Clarke and her team at Cohen's in Park Slope made me feel so taken care of thanks to her knowledge experience and customer service. So good I even took my son to get his first pair of glasses.

I always love the atmosphere of this location. I came in to renew some contact lenses and the service of help was most welcoming. The ladies at the front are very helpful. Had to do another eye exam and it was quick and easy. The doctor asked all the important and necessary questions but also a great guy overall. Cracked a few jokes here and there. Overall, great experience at this location.

I walked into the local optical shop just across the street from my job super stressed. I had gone to another shop just a few days before and was bamboozled after they split my eye care benefits by doing my exam, but not covering my glasses. This is where I met CLARK. This woman was so caring and attentive. She first put me at ease with her kindness, and then she was diligent in calling my insurance company to ensure that I may be able to get a new pair of glasses. Her professionalism and knowledge are unmatched, and I am truly grateful as I was able to get my new glasses without any issues. The frame options within my price range were great, which made it easy to choose the right ones for me. My glasses were ready in about a week, and they are perfect. Again, Clark was working when I picked them up, and she continued to be super nice and attentive to my needs. I had to bring my coworker who needed glasses and will definitely recommend this shop to many others. Great experience from the onset to the end.

This optical shop has been in Park Slope for years. Today I came in with a bent pair of designer frames, and I was ready to pay to have them fixed. Eddie fixed them in a few minutes and did not charge me. These acts of kindness are something I appreciate.

2 days before a birthday trip to Boston our dog destroyed my sons glasses. I came in for a new pair which is covered from the insurance I paid for the destroyed glasses but was told there would be a restocking fee for lenses I had never ordered .the lady that was helping me was really nice she said she will talk to someone and fix the restocking fee issue.I had asked about a promotion sign that was hanging up $99 for glasses amd was told that was not a promotion for minors, minors cost a little over 200 because of a special coating to protect from glass shatter. I understood but couldn't pay that much due to the Boston trip. So decided to wait 7 to 10 days for the replacement glasses. The lady helping me was very patient answering all insurance questions and helping me with all my concerns .later on I got a call back saying they could give me the promotion price that was displayed .I was so happy they where able to have my sons glasses ready the same day he came in and for a wonderful price.They really went above and beyond to help me today .Now we can enjoy our trip to Boston amd my son will be able to see everything the way he should nice and clear . Thank you Cohan optical especially the lady with short hair and glasses ,I think her name was channel.see you in 7 to 10 days for the replacement Update still waiting on replacement glasses dropped off around January 18 smh

This was my first time coming to this location and I had a great experience. Greeted by a polite staff, I had the pleasure of being taken care of by the kind, and very informative Chanelle. I left not only with the glasses I liked, but also more educated about lens-ware in general. 10 out of 10 customer service, would highly recommend!

The young woman that helped me was kind and polite. I had tried a string of optometrist stores in Brooklyn to add a nose guard to my glasses. Most places would not even try to help me even though i offered to pay. The young woman from Cohen's Fashion Optical smiled at my request and responded with, "of course. Please have a seat." My wife and a friend were with me and we waited for a guess was 15 minutes as the young woman hunted for and applied the correct piece. I readied $20 as a tip for her extraordinary effort. The young woman suddenly appeared, again smiling and pleasant, and she was carefully holding my glasses while cleaning them. "Please try them on." They fit perfectly. Not only had she applied the nose guard, but he had cleaned and adjusted/tightened my glasses. I repeatedly tried to give her the $20 tip, but she refused. I felt humbled for her generosity and still do.
