This business is not accredited with the BBB, just something I think people should know. I spent a few hundred dollars on glasses in early February. We were told that they would be ready before valentines day, that day came and went with no communication from their office. I had to call every week and just got the runaround. I still don't know for sure what caused the delay. They told me again at the end of February that my glasses weren't ready and they couldn't tell me for sure when they would be. I was at the end of my rope and just requested a refund. They hung up and within 20 minutes a woman named Kim called back and very rudely tell me to come pick up my glasses. They obviously don't care about good customer service if this is how they treat a new patient who wants nothing, but a cute pair of glasses. It seems like they only care about taking your money and when that is threatened they jump into action. I refuse to support that and kept asking for my refund. Kim refused and said that she's keeping my money and threw the glasses that she threw together in 20 minutes on the table. I left there with no refund and no glasses. I will never come back to support these scoundrels.

They have lovely frames
