Amazing care here and they are booked busy so make an appointment! Don't worry about the business because if you make an appointment you will be seen on time and the staff here is really phenomenal in handling the rush of people. Kathrine checked me in and did a great job handling like 3 clients at once. Dr.Wendy Leung is great with her clients and treats them with care. I bought a pair of lenses with Vlad who was super efficient and polite. Overall amazing experience and I highly recommend! BUT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Wow so definitely do not use Costco for contacts. To get a receipt you have to physically go there. They don't send it with your package (?) (!) and they will only FAX it. No email.

Extremely slow service. Came to order my glasses in person the first time and waited around 20+ minutes with 2 people in front of me. Came back to pickup and experienced even slower service. Have been waiting 20+ minutes and there are still two people in front of me. They really need to staff this department with more than one person.

5 stars for Dr Wenda Leung, the independent optometrist inside the vision center. I've seen her for several years now and am really happy with her and her work.
The vision center is great as well, though I wish they had a better frame selection or didn't charge extra for using frames purchased somewhere else.
