I went to Couture Optical today and they were great. Waiting time was great. OD Josephine Gong was very professional knowledgeable . She explained in detail about my eye and its condition.

The appointment was good until I asked them to make my glasses. I had to send several emails and call multiple times just to get a simple answer. It felt like they wanted to sell their glasses instead of the ones covered by insurance, that attitude was horrible. I felt like I was begging for a favor, but I wasn't. Very disappointing, and I regret giving 5 stars.
