Live in the neighborhood and was passing by. I'm not a regular customer but I figured I'd ask for help with a frame adjustment. It's a very nice shop with lots of frames to choose from. The man who helped me (I think he was the owner) was patient and extremely helpful. Great customer service! I will definitely be back the next time I need actual optical help.

I could not have picked a better eye doctor for my mom. They are super friendly and attentive. The facility is clean and the wait time is quick. I absolutely love this place. All the 5 stars is 100% true.

I came in for an exam I saw Dr. Liselotte she was knowledgeable and thorough. She answered all of my medical concerns as well as finalizing my glasses prescription. Emily and Vlad helped choose new frames that I love! They also explained the importance of getting Anti-glare and transition for my lenses. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, overall a great experience!

Wonderful customer service and eye exam went so smoothly. I was hesitant and scared because it was my first time after more than 20 years and it went very seamless. Highly recommended!

I've always had a great experience here - everyone who works here is so friendly and so thorough. I've had a hard time finding a good optometrist before but I am really grateful I found them!

I went to this place about 5 years ago and remembered having a lack luster experience but then saw reviews saying they were great and under new management or something like that so I decided to try again. My issue is not being up front about a cost. I went in today to pick up my new glasses. I had misplaced my new RX and needed a new copy. She printed it and handed it to me and I noticed it was missing the pupillary distance. I know this is a crucial component of an rx if you need to order glasses online. I am not in a position to replace these with expensive glasses from this place and my current coverage will only cover one pair every 2 years. I asked about getting the distance and she gets the machine and everything ready and then tells me it is $25 charge to get the pupillary distance. Even at past offices I have never been charged for this. I told her I do not have the money for it then and she goes "OH so you don't want it?" But she had an attitude when she said it. I told her it's ridiculous to charge someone for something that's literally part of their rx and she countered with oh its a service we provide. If she had told me when I had first inquired that it was an extra I would have said no thanks and left. But she set it up to be done and then tells me after the fact. The pupillary distance was also already on the order so she didn't need to measure anything. She could have copied it right from the paper and given it to me. Thats shady in my opinion. Will not be back.

Great experience! So helpful with a pair of glasses I needed to have reshaped. Experience was quick and easy!
