Dmitry Gurevich, O.D.

I had one of the worst experiences at this place. They charged my insurance but never provided me with my eye test results when I came back. They pretended they didn't have my records and tried to make me pay for the service again. This place feels like a scam. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This was my first time visiting Dr. Dmitry and I had an amazing time. We is a great communicator, extremely patient, he inspected my eyes and if they were his. Amazing chair side manner. I already asked my brother to book and appointment with him. He has great reviews on so many platforms, I do not even live in the area, I traveled to see him and it was worth it! I can say that I will be visiting him once a year for my check ups. He cleans everything right in front of you so that you can see they are following all OSHA and COVID protocols. I felt very safe.

About 6 weeks before I made the appointment, I took some time out from work to find out if they accept my insurance. I work in the area. I was told that my insurance is accepted at this location. I left work early that day get to the appointment, after they copy of my ID and insurance card,the lady came back and told me that the doctor will not see, and cannot give me a reason for the rejection. The only explanation I can see, maybe because I'm black. Yes I'm a black man. I could be wrong, what else could be the reason.

The Dmitry Gurevich definitely knew his stuff and seemed highly qualified, but things took a sour turn when they tried to milk me for money. I needed an eye contact prescription, and they insisted it would cost $150 because my insurance supposedly wouldn't cover it. Fed up with the deceit, I sought another doctor who didn't charge a dime for the same service. It's infuriating when professionals put their greed before their patients. My advice: watch out for these money-grabbers and demand transparency!

Such a great doctor! Dr. Gurevich is a very thorough, very diligent and patient doctor. He answers all your questions and addresses all your concerns. I am very lucky to have finally found Dr.Gurevich's office and I plan to continue being a loyal customer. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly. Dr.Gurevich truly cares about his patients and makes sure they dont leave unless he has answered all their questions and made them take part of their own treatment journey/plan. Keep up the great work Dr. Gurevich and good luck in the new office space. Truly one of the best doctors I have been to.

In and out, amazing doctor and great staff! Came in with a lot of discomfort in my eye, doctor found the problem and even found and underlying issue that iv been experiencing for years. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Great doctor - knowledgeable, patient, doesn't jump into conclusions. Makes sure to explain what and why he recommends specific treatments. Always a great experience.

Doesn't know what he is doing. Needed stronger glasses but gave me the same prescription.
