Very thorough and efficient eye exam, was attended to immediately and they had everything handy. The staff was very kind and answered my questions very patiently. Dr Nene is one of the most attentive, warm and professional medical professionals I've seen. She offered a lot of advice and it felt like she genuinely cared.

To be honest I wasn't expecting anything other than a routine exam and an unenthusiastic staff. I was more than pleasantly surprised. The Dr was very thoughtful and thorough with his explanation of findings from the images and the exam - with good suggestion on options of eyewear for multiple situations. Post exam the staff were excellent and pleasant even fun. There was an overall feeling of community and comradely amongst all the staff and many were involved in helping with my decision and calibration for my lenses. The happy nature of the staff and the professionalism of their process made my visit a pleasure. Happy to have found my new optometry office.

Amazing lens crafter I come every year and every year have a better experience. Dr. Pucci went out of her way to find old photos of my eyes to verify my condition has not worsened. I also spent an amazing half hour laughing and chit chatting with their associate Cloyd who helped me pick the perfect frames. Overall I come here every year and always have a pleasant time!

Exam was fine but experience at front desk with staff afterwards was poor. Incompetent, confused, and even impolite. They tried to sneak an extra charge onto my bill for a scan without any prior notice and seemed very confused trying to explain it. One remarked "it's only $30." Very slow and altogether an unsettling experience. First time this has happened and I've been coming here for years. No more. New staff seem to be dragging down the level.
