Once I decided to have surgery for my cataracts, everything went quickly and smoothly. Surgeries (I had both eyes done) went off without a hitch. No issues during the recovery process. I had pretty great results from day one, as soon as the bandages were removed, and things only improved from there. Now, I see 20/20, have no need for reading glasses, and colors are once again vibrant. Doctors were thorough, thoughtful, and patient. (I had lots of questions, and it was probably around two years between my initial consultation and my decision to have the surgery. Support staff, too, were also attentive, professional, and very helpful. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Dr. Dessner and his team.

All of the staff who work here are terrific. They're professional, friendly, and the clinicians are very skilled too. They explain everything in terms you can understand and they answer all your questions too. It was our first time there and we were both quite impressed.

Had my first appointment this past week. I came in at 9:40 for a 9:45 appointment, filled out my paperwork and the doctor came out for me a little after 10. This is a medical practice so I was very happy with that wait time (compared to my NYU Langone appointments where I wait an hour plus every time). The doctor I saw was so kind and professional and helped me understand my prescription and what else I can change at home to help my vision. I was done and on my way by 10:45. Great first impression

Everyone here is nice but they are slow. Appointments are always at least 15 minutes and often 25+ minutes delayed. My previous optometrist/doctor put in the prescription for me that contacts are medically necessary and thus covered entirely by insurance. This office didn't do that until I asked them. That led to a wait of a whole week for them to update the prescription and with them saying they would call me, twice, and never did. Every time I had to call them to follow up. They were easier to get appointments with compared to the other eye doctor office nearby but I feel like it would have taken the same time if I had waited for to get on the other office's schedule.

Since I've been going to this office, the staff everyone is well manner and take care and make you feel welcome. As well as the Doctors. With the goodmorning as well have a nice day. I have recommended some of my friends.

The service was great all around , both front desks with the ladies at check in and choosing my frames. The doctor was very informative of everything and great customer care . I will be back for sure, I chose the right place .

It was a long and very thorough appointment! Clean space, attentive and friendly staff and the Doctor was pleasant! Definitely recommend

I don't know what happen this day I usually get Refresh as well as the plugs in my eyes I come back in 4 months would be June 2026 I was only sent 1 bottle of. Refresh 0.5 fl Oz (15mL) Sterile I know that won't last until June 2026 Thank you
