I had a great experience at the Downtown Eyecare Clinic on Flatbush for my annual eye exam. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful checking me in without any hassle and a short wait time. The technician was very professional and thorough. He explained every step of the tests. He made me feel really comfortable and at ease and answered all my questions and concerns. He took care of my dry eyes condition and prescribed some reading glasses for me. I never felt rushed during my appointment. I would highly recommend this clinic for all your eye cares.

One of the cleanest office ive been too . All the doctors there are amazing. The front desk are super nice and friendly and always greet you with a smile on their faces especially the one with the glasses. Very nice girl! The doctors take their time listening to you and gives you great information on the health of your eyes. I definitely will recommend this office to my family and friends. : NONE! Just 5-8 mins after I filled out paperwork. I always travel and book in the city because BK offices have terrible wait times, so this was so refreshing.
: experience was 10/10 -- Missed an appointment and surprisingly they called me not to scold but asked when I'd like to reschedule. Huge gesture to be helpful and understanding of life getting in the way, but also showing they care about my health. My doctor was so nice and genuinely took the time to ask me questions and listened to my concerns or worries and always followed up with her medical opinions on them. I would absolutely go back.

Absolutely awful, i spoke with this office twice needing only an exam for new contacts, they recommended I call their other office for the appointment because they are the ones who do the ordering. That office told me it was 250$ because they are a specialty office and recommended i call this office instead. I booked the appointment, they asked if i had a referral i said yes and emailed it from my dr days ago. After waiting 30 minutes they refused to see me now claiming I needed a separate referral from insurance, no one ever said that, the offices certainly don't talk to each other. Waste of time and very poor customer service.
