Dr. Anna Bentsianov

Dr. Anna Bentsianov is an outstanding ophthalmologist. She has taken excellent care of my father, Fedor Bokov, and has been thorough, attentive, and highly professional in managing his vision. Dr. Bentsianov explains everything clearly, is very patient, and truly cares about her patients' eye health. We are very grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her.

Unfortunately, after complaining about an eye issue to Dr. Bensianov, she failed to give me a proper referral for an MRI. After going to another provider, it was found that I had a tumor on my optic nerve, which she missed. Thank goodness I pushed and went elsewhere to get answers. Just had surgery. Waiting 6 months as recommended by Dr. Bensiainov could have cost me my sight. Please beware.

By far the best experience. Dr. Anna Bentsianov is a very professional, friendly, and very great doctor. The wait time was pretty much non-existent. I'm a new patient and was seen 5 minutes after filling out paperwork. Now, sometimes it may take longer, we must remember that it may not always be quickly. I needed to get my eyes checked again and she did everything so quickly and spot on. I highly recommend this place and this place was also recommended to me by my sister.

My experience was great with Dr Bentsianov when treating my torn cornea. After being in pain and worried about my vision I was given a quick exam along with antibiotics. It healed up within days and am very grateful to Dr Bentsianov and staff!

Dr Bentsianov just walking through the door brings a positive experience. She is very knowledgeable and explains things in detail so there is no misunderstanding. She also has a great bedside manner that just makes you comfortable and feel like you can ask her questions.

I came here for eye check up i have issues with my vision i trusted this doctor she gave me medication and my face swelled up and i called after the weekend they was very rude to me i have an emergency situation and they seem very careless this will end up in a lawsuit because they prescribed me medication that cause me harm and when i called they told me very busy today to come to the phone for an emergency situation i would highly not recommend this wye doctor to anyone because my other eye doctor take me anytime i called with emergency vision issues the see me this is not acceptable very disappointed i shower up and the doctor still saw me they should hire better front answering phones
