I am deeply grateful to my ophthalmologist for her exceptional care in treating my uveiti on three separate occasions. She is also incredibly responsible and patient, always conducting thorough follow-up exams to ensure the inflammation is completely under control. I truly feel fortunate to have found such a trustworthy and dependable doctor.

Dr. Bingjing Roberts has always been good to me and explains things very clearly and thoroughly. She always checks in with me at the end of my visits to be sure that everything went well and is always very professional. She genuinely cares about her patients is always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Roberts was very professional and took the time to explain everything during my visit. The clinic can seems busy at times, and this is because she is very skillful doctor who is also good at doing surgeries! She is a very informative and knowledgeable doctor who genuinely cares about you. I will continue to see her for my regular visit.

Dr. Roberts very quick yet thorough and definitely very knowledgeable in her field. The waiting time can be long sometimes but is definitely worth it. She is very good at helping me understand what the issues are with my daughters eyes. Although she is not a pediatric specialist but she know exactly what the diagnosis is and where exactly to refer me to.

This ophthalmologist has no medical ethics and is cheating insurance money. My child waited for two hours and only had his eyes examined for two minutes. They said everything was normal. I went to another ophthalmologist and found that the difference between the two sides was 150 degrees and there was flashing. I am going to sue this clinic at the New York Department of Health because their negligence caused my child's eyes to beco

If there is an option for negative rating I would give negative to this clinic. She shouldn't be a doctor. I don't understand how she could become a doctor with no sympathy to elders. I can understand the receptionist could be impatient sometimes but I've never met a doctor to be unprofessional like the one we visited today. I regret I didn't ask for her name but I don't recommend anyone to see this doctor. The doctor has no patience to my dad since he walked in to the room. She started bullying my dad giving him terrible attitude despite I've mentioned it to them my dad is slow and he couldn't control his jerking because he had brain damage in the past. She told me to hold his head and stay still. I asked her if she wants his to stay still onto the machine and she said just hold his head. I swear we didn't move a bit and she gave us attitude again said that you moved again. This band is loose means your moved again. I asked her do you want his head to stay still with the band she said just hold him. Also she wants my dad to hold the chair and move forward. I asked her do you want him to get closer to the machine? I can help him. She didn't answer but kept telling my dad to hold the chair. I told her my dad is confused what you want him to do. She still did no respond. All a sudden, my phone rang, she was very angry why is you phone ringing? I stopped my phone but couldn't stop my Apple Watch because I was helping my dad. She said why is your phone still ringing. I understand I should have muted my phone in the clinic but I stopped it right after the ring and I didn't even try to pick it up. She's putting all her anger to my dad. And started to complain my dad keeps moving while he didn't even move at all. I have to stop her to be continued because she has no respects to my dad. My dad is old. He's slow but we don't want to visit a rude person and this person is a doctor. I don't think she would help with anything. When I was trying to move the machine away from the chair to help my dad get off the chair. She yelled at me said Don't touch her stuff. Come on. This is a doctor! Not a receptionist. Very unprofessional. I will not recommend any of my friends to go to this doctor.

Everyone here is friendly, and I was delighted with my experience in this clinic. I always have enough time to explain my issues without being rushed. The doctors there are very knowledgeable, informative, and skilled. I was well taken care of and will continue to come here for routine eye exams.

Dr. Xin Li is my grandmother's eye doctor. She is a caring, friendly, professional doctor who is very thorough with examination. Both my grandmother and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Xin Li. My grandmother is 90 years old and could not hear well. Dr. Li is very patient when explaining things to her (and us). I highly recommend this doctor to all of my friends and family. BTW, I am really shocked to see the bad Google reviews about her. What was said in those bad reviews were simply not true.... Dr. Li is someone that you can trust and rely on.
