Arrived at 12pm for my appointment scheduled at 2:15pm. Saw the doctor at 5pm. They all kept testing and testing my eyes for glaucoma, etc. despite my concern being for simple eye dryness. I think they just wanted to bill my insurance.
Ineffective, unsanitary treatment for eye dryness with no gloves on using a cosmetic surgery method of inserting collagen into my tear ducts. Didn't consult me much about my eye dryness symptoms before making a decision. Inappropriate comments about the way I was dressed.
Many people waiting had serious conditions and had been waiting as long as me or longer. The staff was unhappy and backbiting each other passive aggressively. Even Dr. Khodadadian was participating in the gossip and pitting people against each other. Overall terrible office. Not only would I recommend not going here, but I would recommend they close. (for an appointment in March 2017)
