Dr. Eric Pearlstein

First time here. It was a wonderful visit. It was a little bit if a wait but it was well worth it. Front desk staff and doctor's assistant were friendly and professional.Dr. Eric Pearlstein is thoughtful, friendly and very knowledgeable.

My regular eye doctor I was going to for over 10 years just disappeared, maybe retired, he was up there in age and I've been looking around for a new eye doctor. Luckily my local eyeglass store introduced me to Dr. Pearlstein. I had am 11:30 am appointment and he was right on time. He was caring, professional, took his time, probably spent an hour doing the exam and takes my insurance. The exam included, digital imaging, and at least 5 different exams with different equipment. After all the test were done he explained everything in detail, luckily my eyes were perfect and had no issues. In all the years I have been going to an eye doctor I never had the number of tests which made me feel Dr. Pearlstein did everything in his power to ensure that he looked into everything that could be wrong. I was at ease with his procedures and explanation. In addition his assistants were also professional, caring and demonstrated they knew their job well. I would highly recommend Dr. Pearlstein and feel extremely comfortable with his entire office.

Both my wife and son have gone to Dr. Pearlstein after our regular doctor retired. He is an excellent doctor and you should not hesitate to use him. We will continue to see Dr. Pearlstein.

After ten years of optometrists misdiagnosing the failing vision in my left eye, a <30 minute exam by Dr. Pearlstein revealed a cataract. He performed the (painless!) 15-20 minute surgery a couple of weeks later in an OR. Almost instantly the world looked like it had been bleached and lit like a film set. Not only that but I could read the text on street signs a block away where I previously couldn't have even seen the sign. I'm so glad I did this! Dr Pearlstein was professional, supportive and really knows his stuff. His staff are also top notch!

Dr Perlstein is a caring and very Professional doctor. When my mother needed his help he always took the extra step to make sure she had the best of care. He is now the eye Dr. for our entire family. We are extremely pleased.

Phenomenal! The level of commitment to his patients is immeasurable! He has performed cataract surgery with pinpoint precision. Restored my vision to 20/20! On My father in law of 83, he performed laser surgery in the office. He had walked in with a deficit in his vision and Dr Pearlstein removed old scar tissue painlessly in a matter of minutes! The accolades are too many to name, but if you want the absolute most qualified eye doctor in Brooklyn, then look no further!

Dr. Pearlstein was great - he took his time with my eye exam, explained everything clearly, and was upfront about my options. I appreciated his honesty.
