My experience with the doctor was fantastic. She was friendly and informative. My experience with the ladies at the front, I can't say it was the same. My insurance covered the exam, lens, and frame. No copay. They young ladies were trying to tell me I had to pay a copay for the frames, polycarbonate, and I can't remember the 3rd thing. After calling my insurance for reassurance the price came down to just polycarbonate. I was told it was a law and I had to sign a waiver if I didn't want polycarbonate. I did some research the law is for optical places to provide polycarbonate glasses. The law strongly recommended that the parents get it. I don't like that they are charging their patients more than required. I do agree with fees for add on like transitions or name-brands if people want it. But basic glasses for children no.

I arrived 15mins before my appointment & was welcome by the assistant, she was very professional few mins later Dr. Maria called me in & it was so clean & well organized in her office I did my test & got my results in no time, i came out picked my glasses frame & now i am just waiting to receive it, I will definitely be recommending other's to this location 10/10
