Don't believe the glowing reviews!!! Nobody picks up the phone, and the doctor is never there. The voice box is full as well, and they don't call back. I gave them 2 chances because the location was convenient, but had to cancel 2 times.
The first time, the doctor wasn't there for some weird reason, and they told me to cancel. Btw, the receptionists barely speak any English. Dealing with them will be quite a pain if you don't speak fluent Spanish and can communicate with them in their native language.
The second time, I called to confirm the appointment many times but was unable to reach them and didn't receive any calls from them either.
All their 5 star reviews must be fake, I doubt they even have any real clients with such business practices. Fake business, fake doctor, fake reviews. Stay away if you value your time!

I called to make an appointment for a new eyeglass prescription as my glasses need to be updated . The lady who answered the phone didn't even listen as I asked about an appointment and just said "Hold On" ,so I did. As you can see the screenshot of how long I've been on hold ,I gave up after 29 minutes and 30 seconds . Horrendous customer service ,no acknowledgment while I was on hold at all .
