The practice is unbelievably professional while being courteous at the same time. Everyone is so nice and had the patience to explain everything going on with my checkup. Although they are an extremely busy practice their customer service is second to none. Thank you Dr Reich and crew. Special thanks to the office for squeezing me in on last minute notice.

This office discriminates against disabilities. I tried to schedule an appointment. After the receptionist lost my info for the 3rd time, she said the appointment would take 2 hours. I asked her why, and explained that I have a neuromuscular disease that prevents me from sitting for long periods. She refused to explain further and told me that because of my disability I shouldn't come there. If you or your loved one have a disability, avoid Dr. Reich

I've been seeing Dr Isaac Reich over the past few months and am always impressed by his bedside manner. He treats his patients as people and even as friends. You always feel heard and understood, never ever rushed. It's really a rare find in today's fast paced world. His pleasant demeanor spreads to the rest of his office staff who are always helpful and professional with the patients. Finally, the office itself is modern and updated giving you the feel that you're getting the most up to date care possible.

Dr. R Reich and Dr. I Reich are the most professional and the most knowledgeable ophthalmologists. They have an excellent bedside manner and also very excellent surgeons. Their work ethics is outstanding. Usually, if there's a little longer wait, it is due to an emergency patient that they had to squeeze in to their busy schedule. They're not busy due to overbooking, they're busy because they're the best and trying to help emergency patients. When there's no wait or a very little wait in the office, it says a lot about the Dr. For everyone that's complaining that the wait is too long, go see a Dr that no one is waiting for.

Best doctor in the NYC. Came for 2nd opinion, after talking to 2 previous eye doctors. Very impressed by Doctors communication skills and ability to understand and manage patients fears and concerns. Additionally I received a professional opinion after numerous tests and reassurance of not necessarily needing a surgery.
