Dr. Sciortino is extremely thorough. He is patient as well as kind. Appointments are never rushed. Have been with him for over 6 years. An excellent choice. I definitely recommend.

I had a horrible experience while visiting this doctor. Made an appointment for 3:30pm, the office called at 3:25pm asking if I could come in the next day instead. I told them that I was a block away and they told me to hurry. As soon as I got there, I was confronted with an annoyed staff who clearly wanted to go home. I was rushed through my visit and as I tried to explain my symptoms to the doctor he ignored me and even laughed at one point. I felt like I was not taken seriously because I am a young woman. The doctor said he didn't see anything but prescribed me steroid eye drops anyway to basically shut me up. I did not feel welcome in this office and did not feel like my concerns were addressed or cared about at all. After this visit I saw a competent doctor who actually cared about my health (as doctors should) and was diagnosed with trachoma and am now receiving proper treatment. Will never visit this eye doctor again.

I am afraid so much respectfully touching my eyes. I have been agoraphobic and have panic attacks .
I will be honest and you will never find a surgeon in his caliber talented his hands and abilities. The first place you should go to is Dr.Patrick Sciortino. I told him I was a flight risk lol so we need to schedule me early and fast.
So confident and humble that is unique
I have been so happy with my surgery, he has a very good understanding about the
Patients concerns.
So serious and also very IMPORTANT a wonderful person and funny as well.
Go yourself you don't need to know that he is a great human being and his staff will be very helpful and knowledgeable.
Sometimes he has the whole office laughing?I had cataracts and he finished me both eyes in 1 week weds than following weds second eye.

Every time I call for a refill on my husband's eye drops the secretary always asks me for the name of the prescription and the last time he saw the Doctor as a secretary all of his information should be in his chart why every time i call she gives a hard time. Doctor is good but his staff is horrible at customer service staff full of attitude
