I had such a great experience at this eye doctor's office! From the moment I walked in, Gabbi took amazing care of me. He was friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable. He helped guide me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable. The doctor was thorough and professional, and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend--and special thanks to Gabbi for making the appointment so easy! being from Long Island I'm very skeptical where I go specially when comes to doctors and I would recommend This place to everyone I come in contact with that needs new contacts or glasses.

This is my third time here and I absolutely love their service. I took the test and talked to Dr. Huang about my eyes. She explained everything in detail, and when I told her about my conditions, she said to let her know if they needed to adjust my prescriptions based on any medications I might be taking. The guy who helped me pick out my glasses was also great. He helped me choose good frames and gave me excellent discounts on some features like the transitional and blue blocker. I told him I was worried if my eyes didn't adjust to the prescriptions well, and he assured me I could come back to adjust my frames if I got new prescriptions. Overall, I enjoyed my visit, and I can't wait to get my new frames.

Gabe, our representative, was phenomenal from start to finish. Incredibly knowledgeable and patient, he helped us track down the exact frame we had in mind, digging into the full Matsuda catalog to find the right size, color, and design to match my husband's very particular taste. This wasn't a quick visit--he never rushed us, and her attention to detail made all the difference. When it came time to customize the lenses, our requests were anything but simple--high-index lenses, transitions, a specific gradient tint, and a custom level of darkness. Gabe walked us through each option thoroughly and made sure every detail was understood and captured. Because of the complexity of our order, we expected a longer turnaround, and we appreciated the transparency from the team. We placed the order on May 9, and the glasses were ready for pickup by June 30. The finished product? Absolutely stunning. The frames were exactly what we had envisioned, and the lenses came out perfectly--every detail we requested was met without compromise. Even the Matsuda case the glasses came in was a beautiful touch. The level of care and professionalism from everyone in the shop, including the manager (whose name I sadly didn't catch), made the experience feel truly elevated. We left beyond satisfied, and If you value both luxury and sincerity in service, don't skip this place.

Dynamic optical recently moved into the neighborhood about 8 months ago bringing the quality and service needed. The customer service is exceptional and extremely hospitable. They have a wide variety of frames for everyone's need in the family. Whether it's that family member who loves those frames that are head tuning and eye catching, they have Philip Plein, Gucci and Cazal, just to name a few. If you need some frames for your child, they have colorful ones available. This place is the one stop for your eye care, exam and service. You will not be disappointed. Even the music was a hit! Went in to just see if they could take out my old lenses on a broken pair and put them in a new frame I had. And they did it in 5 min and for free! So sweet of them!
