Dr. Rubinchik is extremely professional , kind and excellent at what he does . My mom needed a second cataract and we had it done in no time with excellent post op results . The office is clean and beautiful and staff is also very caring and kind . I highly recommend this office .

I cannot say enough good things about Smart Eye Care. It was my first time there. Staff were very nice. No long wait time. Very clean and safe office. I moved from room to room for various vision tests. Dr. Rubinchik was extremely pleasant and nice. He explained all I needed to know about my cataracts and I made a surgery appointment with him. I will definitely recommend this place.

Please stay away from this office, when asked what are their full costs for a specific procedure, they lie to you (Emma specifically), do not trust her or that office as they don't state at all about the surgery center (Diane) they use will charge separately! And both the office and the surgery center (brook plaza surgery center) are in tandum for these lies and surprise charges. Other eye doctors state that there will be additional charges by XYZ even when not asked what all the costsfor the procedure are. Stay away at all costs as they lie and the surgery center they use actually had poop in their bathrooms, they had workers with soiled linens, they had workers who were the same outfits into surgery outside in public, they allow for people without IDs into the surgery waiting room as one specific person pushed himself inside and said I previously had surgery and they didn't even care. They also had a broken light that flashed nonstop so watch out if you have seizures. They also also allow for smokers, (saw a patient do this!) to smoke right in front of the surgery facility!

Dr. Ed was very respectful to me and my entire family. I felt at home in his office.

Great Doctor, wonderful staff ! My mom had cataract surgery with a special lens Last year and she has never been so happy, she finally stopped wearing glasses. Dr. Rubinchik did a great job. He is the best!!!

Dr Rubinchik & his staff are amazing! They were able to squeeze me in when I had an irritation in my eye & reassured me that everything was fine. The front desk was very helpful & patient. Sandra & Nick were very friendly, knowledgeable, & kept me calm the whole time. Dr.Rubinchik himself is a great doctor & I would recommend to anyone who needs a good opthamologist!
