I've been living in the Bergen Beach/ Mill Basin area and I never made my glasses here. Why I don't know? Since I was and kid, I always wore thick glasses. As I got older, I made sure, I had the thinner lenses. To my surprise, they were not thinner at all. Last week, I looked at the reviews for Eye Emporium and they definitely met my expectations. I called up to see their business hours and I spoke to the owner's wife. She was just lovely and I thought to myself that i will give this place a chance. From the time I sat down to the time I left, I experienced professionalism and Stephan, the owner was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. I never had this type of experience purchasing eyeglasses before. Both Stephan and Sherry love what they do and it surely shows. I'm so happy I finally found a place where I can pick out glasses in a warm and inviting setting. I purchased a beautiful pair of glasses and I will be back next week to purchase another.
