The kind folks at Eye Parlor are true professionals and define the best in customer service. I had a problem with my prescription (which I got from an optometrist at another business) and they helped me with ease and complete assurance. They're personable, caring and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
I will only go here for frames and lenses! Unfortunately, I had to go else where because they're booked for eye exams until end of October! Years ago, I went in for an adjustment on a pair of glasses, a random person they never met because. Long story short, they didn't want to take a penny from me, even though I never went to them for exams, lenses or frames. From then, I said now on I will only come here for glasses. This was 4 years. (I don't get glasses often because I barely wear them, I'm an avid contact lens wearer) lo and behold I lost my designer glasses they made for me four years ago. (Back then I was expecting a crazy bill because I did thin lenses, transition lenses, and anti glare) again, surprised that the bill came how to be more than reasonable and less than I expected. Anyway four years later, I lost my glasses- back to them I went. They had so much patience for me chosing frames, and my kids that drove everyone nuts I got the most gorgeous glasses, and can't wait for them to be ready! Will post pics when I have them!
Do they get everything right? Do they respect my time? Do they respect my wants and needs?
Actually they have done all three during the 25 years that I have been going there. Their loyalty to me has earned my loyalty to them.
My name is Miss Rivera. I gave them a one star I went into Iowa two weeks ago. They charge my insurance $260 plus $130 in cash. I bring my prescription to them from my doctor. I was in there actually for about an hour and a half, I came in there again two days ago I was in such pain. My head was hurting, and this is the second time, I brought my glasses because once I was very weak and the other side was so tight they couldn't close evenly so I had so that they can fix it. They never gave me a receipt on my prescription back so I had to call and let them know that they need to give me my receipt and my I prescription because I see my own doctor for my eyes. First time I was there so what I am saying is that I would not recommend. I am not satisfied and I will have to call my doctor just to see that if my prescription is right in my eye because I got glasses tooread, but I also feel like something is wrong. May God bless whoever see this survey take
Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the Optometrist all the way down to the staff in the practice were very honest and talkative people. Typically, when you go to places like this, they are trying to make the most money out of you. They will recommend what fits your needs and what additions you'd like to make without hounding. Anybody who would like to find a permanent solution for their eyewear and eyecare should stop here.
My daughter and I just came from there. We dealt with Bruce and his daughter, Amy. They are so nice, friendly, and helpful.
Dr. Soto was so patient with the exam, and answering my questions, he did not rush me.
From the minute we walked in to when we left it could not have been a more pleasant experience, everyone in there is so pleasant!
Now I know why they have such great reviews, this is the place to go for glasses or just an eye exam.
Don't go anywhere else. Ever.
I've worn glasses my entire life. I've gone to different places both In and around kings plaza, both large chains and smaller private ones and still, nothing compares to here. The staff is hands down the nicest, most professional, helpful people and my family and I can genuinely talk to them for hours.
I have had dry eyes the past years and the solution their optometrist gave me was to just use a warm compress a few times a week. Within a month, I've seen more of a difference than I have compared to a year of using prescribed medication from other doctors.
Their optometrists know what they're doing. They take their time during exams. Their staff is so quick and helpful. Their prices for both glasses and contacts are significantly lower than Walgreens and other places. They're around the corner but I would easily drive 30+ mins to come here if I had to. I actually look forward to my yearly exams now. I would HIGHLY recommend.
Personal, caring service from a family run, neighborhood business. It doesn't get better than this!
