The salesperson lied about the prescription. Instead of giving you different options, such as thin lenses, she would simply tell you that you must choose thin lenses, then give you the final price and pressure you to pay immediately. Make sure you question everything you're being charged for; otherwise, you could end up paying an extra $300 for unnecessary add-ons.

This is the best eyeglass store I have ever been to. The staff is very professional. There is a waiting area/cafe on the 3rd floor with complimentary food and drinks. And doctor William Ling is the best optometrist I've ever come across. He is very well informed and is more than happy to answer all your questions. I had a great experience here.

I have never had a bad experience with this store. I came in today because the little screw of my glasses came off and the guy fixed it- no questions asked. I came here all the time as a kid for new glasses and I still go there now as an adult.

Update in November 2025: I am glad that the business values customer's feedback, and already took action and replaced eye Doctor that caused the delay. The service is there is great and they will help you fix anything with your eyeglass for whoever walked in there. Recommended and will continue going there! Review in early 2025: I made appointment for 4:30pm, arrived on time, waited one hour till 5:30pm and still not my turn. I had to leave due to timing. They should respect the customer's time and do not overbook and make customers wait for such long time.

It is a very nice store with great staff but beware they are a little scammy if you don't know what you want. In the past they quoted $1k for daily contact lenses MONTHLY since I have astigmatism -- it's wayyy cheaper online and their price is totally unreasonable.

Got an exam, bought contacts, sunglasses and my main pair of progressive glasses. Excellent service. They do such a better job than all the other places I have tried in the last 10 years. Prices are fair, exam was excellent, they are accommodating and the proof in the pudding...I see and the glasses fit so much better out of their glasses. They are bar none the best place to get glasses in the Sunset/Bayridge area that I have experienced. Recommend highly!

Just revisited today. Apparently my last visit was in 2018, but this place is just as friendly and professional as I remembered. You should call in advance to book an appointment, but walk-ins are okay.

I like this place, straight forward and pretty helpful, eye doctors were pretty cool and honest. Got my contacts from them and it was an amazing experience, since then ive continued to make appointments here.
