I chose to place an order because the company is a reputable local business with competitive pricing. After purchasing a pair of glasses, I was later informed that the frames were out of stock and no longer available from the brand, and my order was canceled. While this was disappointing, I appreciated being notified promptly. I did notice, however, that the same frames were still listed as available on the website and could be added to the cart and checked out, which was confusing. That said, communication was clear, and the refund was processed quickly. I would consider ordering again due to their pricing and professionalism, and I hope inventory accuracy continues to improve to prevent similar situations in the future.

I've personally been going to this eye doctor establishment for 7 years now; and even though we've moved out of the neighborhood years ago, I wouldn't go anywhere else. The owner Alex is super cool, professional, runs a tight ship. The front office staff are always professional helpful and friendly. Most importantly the eye doctors, both Dr. Delgado and Dr. Wynn are top notch experienced, knowledgeable and caring. They care about providing you with what's best for YOU, even if that means working a bit longer, ordering several different sets of contacts lens to see which is best for you. Highly recommend this business . Good people.
