Family Vision Center

Was told they took my insurance on the phone. Got to my appointment on time and was made to sit around until fifteen minutes after (mind you there weren't any other customers there) my appointment was supposed to have begun, rudely spoken to, and then when asked for my insurance and gave it, was told they don't take it ! A fabulous spot to skip. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Everyone at Family Vision was really nice and helpful. It was my first time there, so I was pleasantly surprised that they were willing to replace my daughter's glasses with a similar pair, using her undamaged lenses, without pushing a new examination or any other service that would make the fees accrue. I thought the final price was fair and affordable, especially considering that everything was done quickly, efficiently, and hassel-free.

Have bought numerous pairs from family vision center. My experience from beginning to end was flawless. From when you walk through the door and are greeted with a warm a hello, to the doctors thorough exam and huge designer frame selection. This place is truly 5 stars I will definitely be back this summer for some new sunglass.

The WORST customer service EVER!! The lady that sits at the counter is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, LOUD, AND GHETTO! She comes to work in a bonnet with a wool hat and pajamas! Yes pajamas! She looked like she just rolled out of bed and came to work. I feel when working with the public you should always look PROFESSIONAL especially when working in the medical field. The Dr seems to be scared of her so he says NOTHING about her appearance. She put in the wrong information on my Son's prescription and then got mad because I made her correct it. Please, Please go somewhere else to receive service because this place is very tacky.

Horrible. Glasses are never done on time. The receptionist is either racist or likes to play dumb with African Americans. I've been calling since 3 pm never got an answer. Been waiting 2 weeks for a replacement frame when I've already paid for it. Needs another receptionist and another eye doctor immediately.

I was very happy with the service that was provided. They greeted me kindly when i walked in and they were very pleasant to deal with throughout. Thorough and patient eye doctor and great selection of frames. I would definitely go back.

Needed my RT and LT number because we loved to Nevada,and they wouldn't give it to me through email or over the phone. Other vision place has no problem with that. Sad won't be going back or referring friends and family.

I went in to get new frames because my old frames had broke. The women chipped off piece of my lens while getting them in the new frame. She must have been trying very hard to get my lens in because she bent my new frames. She acted as if nothing happened and still asked me to pay the full price
