Honestly I've been getting my glasses & contacts here since I was 10/15. I've always thought that they were nice & friendly until today. I came in to pickup my contacts and the guy out front was just annoyed that I came into the store and interrupted his personal call. He practically threw my contacts at me I was having a issue with one of the contact I was wearing and told me that I had to pay $7 if I wanted to quickly change it out. I've had these issues happened before and they very generously given me one or a pair at no charge. Normally they give you the little travel size contact solution as a gift with your purchase but not this time and when I asked the guy about it he just ignored me because he was back on the phone. I even had to ask him for my receipt because he swiped my card and was back on the phone. The customer service has really gone down I remember the other guys that worked there were always friendly and attentive but not this guy at all he acted like he was doing me a favor. I guess I'm going to have to look for a new optic.

Best glasses store in Brooklyn, hands down. I've been going here for years and they have a great selection and knowledgeable staff. I was running late once and needed replacement lenses. They pulled up my file so they could have the lenses ready when i arrived and stayed open 10 minutes later so that I wouldn't have to come back the next day.

I Love Fashion In Optics! it's been my family favorite place to purchase new eyewear for a Long Time!! Dr. Benjamin is Great! And Avi is Awesome as well! The store is very Spotless..Not too crowded most days which I like. Overall great option for eyewear which might be on the pricey side sometimes but worth it!
