I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge Kiana for her welcoming attitude, friendliness, product knowledge, and outstanding customer service. From the moment I entered the office, she greeted me with a warm smile and kindly asked about the reason for my visit. She took the time to listen, understand my needs, and communicate the information to the doctor. After my appointment, the doctor recommended that I get glasses. Kiana was incredibly patient while helping me choose the perfect pair. I can be very picky, but she never made me feel rushed. Instead, she guided me with genuine care and honesty if a frame didn't suit me, she wasn't afraid to say so and offered better options. Thanks to her help, I left with glasses that fit me perfectly! I've received so many compliments on them everyone loves how they look.Thank you, Kiana! You are a true asset and a great representation of your company. Because of the excellent service you provided, I've already recommended this location to others and will continue to do so.

I just want to say that this was one of, if not my best experience with getting and eye exam. Everyone who was there was extremely helpful, kind, and really engaging. I came in as a walk in and they didn't take long to see me. The process was very seamless from start to finish and I definitely would recommend them to everyone. A1 service!!!

Nice, clean space, Great service, great options. They were all so patient and understanding. I was getting glasses for the 1st time and I wasn't sure about what to get and I was never rushed to choose. 10/10. I can't wait to get my new glasses

My experience was good.Carol are a good worker she served me well and answer the questions I needed.i like how Kiana served me and she welcome in because I needed glasses real bad for my eyes.i haven't been to to check my eyes for a long time and carol and Kiana helped me out well.And now I got my glasses to see well.

The doctor and staff here were absolutely amazing! The doctor quickly identified the issue with my old prescription and provided the perfect new one. I hadn't realized how much my previous lenses were bothering my eyes until now. The ladies were so welcoming and incredibly helpful when it came to choosing frames. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I'll definitely be purchasing from here again!
