I called the person I guess is his personal cell phone.He's telling me to come in.I come to the building.The building gate is closed and he was like 08 p m too 9 p m. He's just making up times

It was easy enough to make an appointment and get my prescription. The OD was friendly and personable. However the process afterwards was frustrating. I found an egregious typo on my glasses prescription and called on a Wednesday afternoon to report the error and ask him to send an updated prescription. Instead of sending me the updated prescription ASAP which I needed to order a pair of glasses, the OD asked me to call him back 8:30AM the following Saturday to remind him to send the updated prescription when he returned to his office. Excuse me?? I was already frustrated I didn't have the proper prescription ASAP, but given that it was his error, he should have at the very least been able set a reminder himself to send me the prescription. I finally got my prescription over a week later after calling three times. It was not a great experience.

This place is a GEM. Fast service. Same day service. Extremely reasonable prices! My teen son breaks his glasses twice a year and Franklin Primary Eye Care always comes through for us. ABOVE ALL, THE OWNER IS THE MOST HONEST SINCERE RETAIL OWNER EVER! He will never sell you what you don't need and advise against spending money on features you don't need.

Had an appointment, showed up on time, place was closed. The metal gate was down. Didn't receive a call in advance to reschedule or anything.

I ordered my glasses a week a ago from the guy and paid and he still a week later has not gotten them his hours are all wrong if you go at what google says his store hours are you will be waiting outside for an hr he told me I could come get my glasses last Friday I went and he was closed then when I go today the glasses never even came in he's unorganized and non professional do not go to him his office is a mess and he has nothing neatly laid out

I jave been coming here for a few years now. The doctor is very prompt & has flexibil hours. Would definitley recommend.

Service is so poor - I couldn't even get past scheduling an appointment because the guy on the phone was so rude and argumentative. Ridiculous.
