My dad got something stuck in his eye and we couldn't find an ophthalmology office open or willing to take an emergency appointment on a Sunday. Came across Dr. Zheng's office who happened to be open and was able to get a last minute appt in. The staff/front desk were all really nice and friendly.
Most offices will typically have you fill out the registration form yourself, but they filled it out for all the elderly knowing they may have trouble filling in all the details. Also noticed the staff were all very patient explaining things to the more elderly patients and making sure they understood the details. That's a level of care you don't get just anywhere!
Ultimately they were able to get what was stuck in my dad's eye out and he left a happy man again. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a good eye doc!

I don't know what the deal is with these low star reviews. They seem suspicious.
From my experience, Dr. Zheng and staff was professional from start to finish. From booking appointment with no hick ups to honoring appointment time, the day of. Dr. Zheng knew what the diagnosis was immediately and spoke in depth of all the options available to me. I'm grateful to have found him as I have seen many eye doctors previously for this specific issue. The office is efficient and really goes above and beyond when needed. Dr. Zheng is an amazing doctor. So glad they're around the neighborhood! Will continue to go to them and refer Dr. Zheng highly to anyone for any eye issues.

I saw more than ten eye doctors before. I had more than twenty eye examinations before. I strongly believe that my grading to him was fair. The other reviews are not true to me. In waiting and clinical area, I always listened three month appointments. My family put A nick name to him as A 3 month appt. doctor because all patients were scheduled three month follow up appointment. He is still young and may have improvment space in future. Hoping he has A happy new year and best wishes to future.

My family was sitting in waiting area for two hours. And asked why take so long time. I responded that I also sitting inside a room waiting for doctor to come. The doctor came in the room about five minutes. His eyes opened very big and the face showed me he wanted to go and not to waste his time. I told the doctor my vision become blurried and worsen. But doctor said the eyes were ok. Even I am typing this review, I feel difficulty to write. I am disappointed and upset. Hoping to change another doctor so that someone can help me see the words.
