The eye doctors are absolutely sweet, however the pricing for the glasses are absolutely ridiculous. 100+ is the base price for glasses in the store which I found ridiculous. What was even more comical was that they have no return policy nor tolerance. They don't do any exchanges and they fail to mention that at the beginning of your purchase, so not only was I dissatisfied a few moments after finalizing my purchase because of the style, but annoyed on how my prescription was placed into my glasses. I will definitely file a dispute with my bank because unfortunately 500$ for two pairs of glasses that aren't name brand is blatant scamming! My best advice is to ONLY schedule an eye exam here, and don't purchase any glasses from here. Did I also mention that none of the glasses here are affordable and cute? Like all of the glasses that were 'affordable' looked so out of trend and unpleasant to look at. Purchase your glasses from sites like zeelool & lensmart because not only do they have so much more cuter glasses, but their frames don't cost an arm and a leg!!

Don't believe these reviews about this eye glass store. Charm by an individual does not reflect their true intention. Don't get glasses made here. Poor quality glasses. They switch the frames if they have to wait to get paid. They don't care about you or your visual issues. Just the worst eye wear store I've ever dealt with. Trust and believe you will regret going there.

Went to get fitted for contacts, it was a great experience! They went above and beyond to make sure I had a pair before a wedding I had to attend to. definitely recommend

My visit was wonderful. I had a great experience, everyone in the office was welcoming and well informed. The doctor was also friendly and my eye exam went smooth it was an easy walk in, walk out with no problems. They had a great selection of frames especially my favorite brand Gucci!! They take almost all insurance, like Health First, Fidelis, United Healthcare community plan, and so much more. The customer service was so amazing. Charina was great, she explained everything I needed for my new glasses. I received my glasses fairly quick which was a plus. Can't wait to get my second pair with them. Thanks for your service!

Was walking by shopping for some sunglasses, I'm so glad this store was there! The customer service was excellent! I bought a pair for myself and going back for some more. They also helped adjusted so that fits me perfectly! I think they are brand new open for a year or so, def recommended.

Love this place ! The only salon I go to in Brooklyn. Very professional, polite, and the amount of skill in this place. They have a lot of clientele. This salon is one of those places where you walk in and if it's your first time you wouldn't be able to tell because everyone Is so welcoming that it feels like you've been coming here for years.
