** Response to owner: As your records show, I wear glasses so I fully understand how dilations work. I waited from 1:15 - 2:30 to be seen by a random tech. Then I waited from 2:30 - 3:30 pm, before seeing another random assistant. Finally saw the doctor between at around 3:30/3:40 pm and completed the dilation then. Your team should've told me to come back at around 4 pm to avoid the long wait time. ** I came here today and it was a nightmare. I called in advance for a Dr appointment and the guy said to come in at 1:15 pm. I didn't leave the dr office until 4 pm. They should've just told us this would be a long wait and I'll come back later in the day. I didn't end up picking a pair of glasses from here. After waiting for the first hour, a tech brought me to the back room to take eye ball pics and test eye pressure. Was asked to sit outside again, then called back to do vision test. Had to wait again before seeing the doctor; they dilated my eyes. If you're gonna wait here, bring a book or something. My whole day honestly went to waste.

I haven't had an eye exam this good in years! The staff was so friendly and the glasses selection was amazing. My new glasses actually let me see clearly now. Recommend them 100%

I worked with Sasha on choosing the right glasses and she has been such a great help! She advised me on the style that fit me well and I would have such a hard time choosing if it was not for her. Their eye doctor is also knowlgedgeable and experienced. I enjoyed working with them!

Very positive experience during my eye exam appointment. With so many questions that I've had, the Dr addressed them all, and I spoke with Sasha afterwards, who was also beyond helpful and friendly. I appreciate it!

Not happy with their service they trying to tell me what I want when I explain what need. Glasses not done properly I put them on and immediately my eyes feel like they crossed eyes. They trying to sell me a pkg and all I want is anti glare. Stay tune for more

I saw Dr V (male optometrist) the worst experience. He is very arrogant and condescending. He needs to learn how to communicate and show empathy towards people. Now I have to see another ophthalmologist for correct testing and prescription.

Doc is honestly the best! I had my eye exam today she was amazing!! Super easy to talk to and explained everything clearly. Thank you for such great customer service! You really made my day
