Grace Eye Care

I am so happy that I found Grace Eye Care. Dr. Valme and her team went above and beyond! It's conveniently located near Flatbush Junction and gives off boutique vibes. I love this place!!!

I enjoyed my experience at Grace's Eyecare immensely. After arriving for my appointment I was greeted with very friendly and professional service. Within a few short weeks my glasses were ready for pickup. If you are in the Flatbush area I highly recommend her office.

Dr. Valde and her staff are very warm and welcoming. They have a great new office conveniently located on the ground floor of 1655 Flatbush Ave (at the Phillip Howard Building). It's such a blessing for the resident of the building and the outside community to have. They take so many kinds of insurance too!

I have gone to Grace Eye Care for my annual eye exams two years in a row for frames/contacts and I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience both times. The receptionist and doctor are both very kind, friendly, and helpful women. I feel taken care of and in good hands with the team! Insurance has been a breeze and they helped me test new contact lenses before I actually committed to an order, along with being willing to go back and forth with me on different price/product options based on my personal experiences with lenses in the past. Great location, great products, and great experience!

I had a great experience at Grace Eye Care with Dr. Valme. She was very nice and thorough during the eye exam. When my new lenses came back from my insurer something seemed off with the prescription and Dr. Valme spent a lot of time with me making sure I was getting the right prescription. She discovered that the insurer made the lenses incorrectly and worked with them to get me new lenses free of charge. I highly recommend Grace Eye Care for their customer service and attention to detail.

Excellent Service! Normally, I don't write reviews, however, after the great service I received from Dr. Valme & her staff, I had to. I went to Grace Eyecare for the first time on April 8th. Dr. Valme was very thorough and asked detailed questions to make sure I got the right prescription. She really cared about my overall care, unlike, those in-and-out national chains like Pearl Vision and America's Best. Her staff is great as well. Elizabeth was helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. I have a round face, so it's hard to find the right frame. She was honest with me when the frame didn't suit me & guided me to the perfect frame. The prices are fair and reasonable for all the bells & whistles I selected. I absolutely recommend going to Dr. Valme and Grace Eyecare.
